Stress Tests by trigger. Findings delivery tracking. The 5-stage conversion funnel that tells you which stage is leaking before you scale volume.
Conversion checkpoints.
From Section 09D. Each stage has a target band. If a rate is in the red zone, fix that stage before scaling volume.
Stress Tests.
Log every Stress Test sold. Tag by trigger so the Week 12 diagnostic can answer "which trigger yields the highest close rate?" Update delivery and Dossier status as you go.
